These terms cover use of this website and JDebz Media's opt-in enquiry and appointment messaging programme. They do not replace a separately agreed client services contract.

Website and enquiries

Our website describes employer-acquisition services for recruitment, staffing and search businesses. Submitting an enquiry or booking a strategy call does not purchase a service or guarantee a commercial result. Service scope, fees, payment terms and any delivery commitment must be agreed separately in writing. Case studies describe particular experiences and do not guarantee your results.

SMS programme

When you expressly opt in, JDebz Media may send SMS messages about your enquiry, employer-acquisition services, relevant offers, strategy-call arrangements and appointment reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider's charges and terms apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Please provide a number you are authorised to use and tell us if it changes. This programme is for adults making business enquiries.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. A final confirmation message may be sent, after which further programme messages will stop unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by emailing josh@jdebz.media.

Delivery and privacy

SMS delivery depends on carriers, network availability and your device. Delivery or timing is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this messaging programme for emergencies or send sensitive financial credentials by SMS.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle contact details, communications and consent. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information or mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Use of this website

Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, impersonate others or submit information you are not entitled to provide. Website content is provided for general information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates

We may update these website and messaging terms. The effective date is shown above. Material changes to consent or messaging purposes require appropriate notice and any further consent required by applicable rules. Existing signed service agreements continue to govern the services covered by those agreements.
