By engaging JDebz Media for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.
JDebz Media provides B2B lead generation, outreach infrastructure, and pipeline-building services for recruitment and staffing agencies. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal.
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in a pause of services. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, client lists, strategies, or data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
While we work hard to generate introductions and pipeline opportunities, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, close rates, or number of signed clients. Results depend on factors including your sales process, market conditions, and responsiveness.
All copy, templates, scripts, and systems developed by JDebz Media remain the intellectual property of JDebz Media unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. Any outstanding invoices for work completed remain due and payable.
JDebz Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
